My appointment went amazing! wait time wasn’t that long. Dean at the front desk was very polite and friendly. Rosa was my dental assistant. She was kind and caring, informative as well. She helped me set an appointment to apply for dental insurance and was willing to give me more information than I asked for in a good way! Dr. Gonzales was amazing and extremely informative. He’s very kind and made my exam fun and comfortable. I was also able to squeeze in and see Kim the hygienist and she was amazing! Very pleasant and informative. She answered all of my inquisitive questions. I appreciate each and every one of them more than I can explain. Thank you all soo much. My appointment went better than expected. I almost didn’t want to leave!

HORRIBLE! DON'T COME HERE. I waited 2 months to be seen, then I was called the day before my appointment to tell me the dentist won't be there so they scheduled me out ANOTHER 2 months. I reached out to them mainly because I don't have a job since Milton destroyed my whole life and no insurance. Evara claimed to have a sliding scale. When I got there for my appointment I had to pay $80 for X-rays, no sliding scale no exceptions. Then I was told that they mainly pull teeth and nothing else. I need a root canal, not teeth removal. I kept looking and found HEP Dental clinic that helped a lot. Evara refused to send my X-rays to HEP Dental clinic. Admin requested it 3x nothing. I requested 5x nothing. When you call Evara their number goes to a call center in India. You can't physically call to anyone at the building on Jasmine. I've asked and tried. Determined to get to $80 x-rays I couldn't afford, I went there in person and asked them to send it to HEP Dental clinic. They told me they don't have it on file at the building. But made a request fax, to where who knows. It's 8 months since and I know I'll never get them. I was completely ripped off and this is unacceptable in everyway.

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but this entire company is just awful. I have been requesting an annual exam for TWO years now. I have been told I’m on a waiting list but how long is this waiting list? When I speak to someone on the phone they ALWAYS say they’re so booked out, they can’t even schedule me. And I have asked for any location. Why is dental health so hard to get taken care of ? I’m writing this hoping someone does something or tell me where I stand on this imaginary two year waiting list.

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! Keep in mind I’ve been to a few dentists and this clinic has been the best. Everything from their cleanliness, the front staff, the hygienists, to Dr. Cabrera herself (I haven’t seen any other dentist there personally). Dr. Cabrera is kind, down to earth, takes her time with you, and absolutely amazing at what she does. I had to go for a cavity fill (first in 20 years) and I was nervous. To my surprise, the whole thing was quick and painless, even the injection. Highly recommend this dental clinic to anyone!

We really like this dental clinic. Our whole family goes there. The doctors are highly professional and knowledgeable. Not only do they do a great job and care for you, but they also provide referrals to other clinics for other problems and offer helpful advice. They genuinely care about everyone. I highly recommend them!
